Class Structure:
- 5 minute warm-up: Get your body ready.
- 40 minutes of physical engagement: A mix of yoga, strength training, functional exercises, movement flow, or open dance.
- 10 minutes of intention setting: Reflect on how to approach the world and welcome new opportunities with small shifts in mindset.
- Closing: Breathwork, guided visualization, or meditation to bring calm and perspective.
