The DWM series aims at enabling movement possibilities in oneself. The classes are designed to allow the viewer to find different ways of moving. It is not really about learning a routine, or perfecting a step, but more about creating movement pathways within your body. We forget to move and celebrate our bodies and the "Dance With Me" videos will help you start moving again with easy instruction.
The level 1/2/3 are an approximation of how difficult a class might be - but anyone can typically try all levels - based on how mentally available one feels.
