This week is about creating emotional space. Through breath, movement, and mindful reflection, you’ll learn how to step back from reactivity and approach choices with clarity. Vairāgya isn’t detachment—it’s wise engagement. It allows you to stay steady amidst the pull of emotion.
Day 3 – Clarity and Perspective
Clarity gives birth to Vairāgya—the ability to see things in right proportion. You’ll practice gentle inward turning through humming breath and a short pratyāhāra (withdrawal of the senses). This guided stillness will help you feel the freedom that comes from clear perception.
