This week focuses on releasing daily stress and learning how to calm the nervous system. Through breath, mindful movement, and nutrition, we create tools to regulate the body, quiet the mind, and reduce unnecessary tension.
Day 1 – Breath & Release
Practice sigh exhalations, gentle mobility, Pilates roll-downs, forward folds, and 21 breath-led sun salutations. Learn how stress shows up in body and mind, and how to bring calm awareness into it.
