Day 1 – The Pause Between Reaction and Response
Today we begin with understanding Vairāgya—not as giving up, but as choosing with wisdom. You’ll explore how “pause–name–substitute” can help you respond rather than react. Kapalabhati breathing and strong, grounding isometric work bring balance between strength and calm.
