Tiny, intentional actions can completely shift how you feel and live. This week, you’ll experiment with small habits—movements, breaths, or gestures of kindness—that anchor awareness and consistency. These little changes build emotional steadiness and momentum.
Day 1 – Building Through Small Steps
This session focuses on Pilates and banded strength work to develop control and stability. You’ll also practice alternate-nostril breathing to calm the mind. The invitation is to choose one small action—physical or emotional—that you’ll commit to daily.
