This week is about cultivating sakshi bhava—the observer’s attitude—through the simple, grounding act of watching our breath. By becoming mindful of our breath, body, and daily choices, we begin to carry the same awareness into conversations, work, and life itself.
Day 1 : Witness the Breath
Breath is the bridge between body and mind. By observing 21 breaths and moving with awareness, we begin training the mind to witness without judgment.
