Warming up the body is very important as it wakes your muscles and joints up and prepares your body for movement. Don't forget to warm-up before every routine. Some warm-ups may feel better for you depending on where your tightness and areas of soreness lie, so feel free to switch between warm ups based on how your body feels.

  • Isolations (level 1)

    Episode 1

    Every joint in our body has a capacity for movement. Before we engage and demand from our body, we try to gently remind our muscles that we need them through this routine. A great start to your day, even if you are not going to be following this up with anything else.

  • Tight legs (level 1)

    Episode 2

    This warm-up targets the muscles of the leg. If you're feeling tight after a routine the previous day or if your legs are feeling tired, this is a great warm-up to start with.
