Week 1 – Welcome to Wellness: Sankalpa (Intention) & Clarity

This week begins our journey with sankalpa—the clarity of will. Through mantra, breath, movement, and reflection, we lay the foundation for aligning individual purpose with universal order. You’ll learn to quiet the mind, activate the body, and begin asking: What truly brings me clarity and joy?

We begin with the Śānti Mantra from the Taittiriya Upanishad, invoking harmony and clarity. The practice includes square breathing, mobility warm-ups, and Pilates core activation.
