Year of Wellness
Year of Wellness is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and build a sustainable relationship with your body, mind, and inner rhythm over the course of a year.
This program is not about quick fixes or transformation promises. It is about consistency, presence, and returning to yourself gently, day by day. Through structured movement, breath awareness, reflection, and intentional pauses, Year of Wellness supports you in creating a life that feels more balanced, resilient, and aligned.
Rooted in mindful practices, the program encourages listening to the body, honouring cycles of effort and rest, and cultivating awareness beyond the physical. Each phase is designed to meet you where you are—whether you are seeking strength, grounding, clarity, or simply space to breathe.
This is a long-term wellness journey that unfolds gradually, allowing real change to settle in naturally. It is for those who want to move away from urgency and performance, and toward steadiness, awareness, and inner nourishment.
Year of Wellness is not a destination.
It is a practice.
A companion through the year.
A reminder to choose yourself, again and again.

Basic legs and core (level 1)
This video is perfect for beginners to understand what muscles constitute their core. It's also a great routine to do before a DWM class. Beginners who have not previously exercised much should feel comfortable following this at their own pace.
