This program is a comprehensive wellness journey—designed not as a quick fix, but as a steady path toward balance and awareness. Alongside the physical practices, every session also includes insights into body knowledge—helping you understand how your choices affect your health and guiding you to make more informed, conscious decisions for your body and your mind.
The sessions of Wellness This Year are not designed to help you chase a specific milestone. This is not about losing weight, building a six-pack, or checking off a fitness challenge. Instead, it is an invitation to return to yourself—daily, gently, and mindfully.
Through these small, consistent steps, you may begin to:
• Feel calmer
• Develop emotional presence
• Grow stronger and more flexible
• Build self-awareness
• Eat with more intention
The work is quiet and personal. It is not about transformation through pressure, but about creating space in your day to simply be—with your breath, your movement, your mind, and your choices.
This journey is not about arrival. It is about showing up.

Basic legs and core (level 1)
This video is perfect for beginners to understand what muscles constitute their core. It's also a great routine to do before a DWM class. Beginners who have not previously exercised much should feel comfortable following this at their own pace.
