Week 20 – Ātma-Vichāra: Self-Inquiry
This week encourages deep self-reflection. Through breath, movement, and observation, you’ll explore the question “Who am I?” — not intellectually, but experientially, by noticing what is not the Self.
Day 3 – Beyond Roles and Reactions
Through chanting from the Nirvana Shatakam and deep belly breathing, you’ll explore identity beyond labels and roles. This is a session of softening, observing, and letting the deeper sense of Self emerge.
Journal: Who are you behind your roles, habits, and emotional reactions?
