"A Year of Wellness": Beginning on May 1st 2026
If you missed out on starting your 'Year of Wellness' in January, you have another chance to begin on your journey of movement, and growth!
Here is what some of our subscribers have to say about the program:
“The sessions have become such a grounding constant in my day-to-day life. I can see how they are helping me become more mindful of my posture, and they’ve reminded me of the importance of breathing deeply and continuously. It’s clear how much thought and effort has gone into creating this course.”
— Ana
“I absolutely love these sessions... even when my core is burning! Having such a carefully thought-out holistic routine curated by an expert is truly a joy and a blessing for us all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
— Pavi
“Through my recovery and strengthening process, these sessions have been a wonderful progressive return to the basics — especially for my core and stability. As someone balancing a full-time job, dance practice, and being five months postpartum, I’m grateful to have these structured sessions to fall back on.”
— Dhevani
2026 , A year of Wellness!
A Journey Inward
A one-year subscription to wellness videos, released three times a week—every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Each week, you’ll receive a carefully balanced set of sessions that bring together:
• Strength & functional training
• Flexibility & Pilates
• Yoga & breath-led movement
• Inner work through journaling, chanting, Vedanta, meditation, and visualization
This program is a comprehensive wellness journey—designed not as a quick fix, but as a steady path toward balance and awareness. Alongside the physical practices, every session also includes insights into body knowledge—helping you understand how your choices affect your health and guiding you to make more informed, conscious decisions for your body and your mind.
The sessions of Wellness This Year are not designed to help you chase a specific milestone. This is not about losing weight, building a six-pack, or checking off a fitness challenge. Instead, it is an invitation to return to yourself—daily, gently, and mindfully.
Through these small, consistent steps, you may begin to:
• Feel calmer
• Develop emotional presence
• Grow stronger and more flexible
• Build self-awareness
• Eat with more intention
The work is quiet and personal. It is not about transformation through pressure, but about creating space in your day to simply be—with your breath, your movement, your mind, and your choices.
This journey is not about arrival. It is about showing up.
(Access valid for 12 months. The content will be retired thereafter)
